Bu Gizlilik Politikasi, Inecio platformu ("Platform") tarafindan sunulan yapay zeka destekli satis asistani hizmetleri kapsaminda kisisel verilerinizin nasil toplandigi, islendigi, saklandigi ve korunduguyla ilgili sizi bilgilendirmek amaciyla hazirlanmistir. Platformumuzu kullanarak bu politikayi kabul etmis sayilirsiniz.

- Cerez Verileri: Platform ve web sitesinde kullanilan cerezler araciligiyla toplanan veriler
- Odeme Bilgileri: Abonelik ve fatura bilgileri (kredi karti numaralari dogrudan saklanmaz; odeme islemleri guvenli ucuncu taraf saglayicilar araciligiyla gerceklestirilir)
3 Verilerin Kullanim Amaci
Toplanan kisisel veriler asagidaki amaclar dogrultusunda islenmektedir:
- Hizmet Sunumu: Yapay zeka destekli satis asistani hizmetinin saglnmasi, mesajlarin islenmesi ve otomatik yanitlarin olusturulmasi
- Hizmet Iyilestirme: Platformun performansinin analiz edilmesi, yapay zeka modellerinin gelistirilmesi ve kullanici deneyiminin iyilestirilmesi
- Musteri Iletisimi: Destek taleplerine yanit verilmesi, bildirim ve guncellemelerin gonderilmesi
- Guvenlik: Platformun guvenliginin saglanmasi, yetkisiz erisim ve dolandiriciligin onlenmesi
- Yasal Uyumluluk: Yasal yukumluluklerimizin yerine getirilmesi ve yetkili kurumlarin taleplerine yanit verilmesi
- Meta Entegrasyonu: Instagram ve Messenger uzerinden gelen mesajlarin alinmasi ve yanitlanmasi icin Meta (Facebook) Platform API'lerinin kullanilmasi
4 Verilerin Paylasilmasi
Kisisel verileriniz asagidaki durumlarda ucuncu taraflarla paylasilabilir:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) API Entegrasyonu: Instagram ve Messenger mesajlarinin islenmesi icin Meta Platformlar ile veri alisdverisi yapilmaktadir. Bu paylasim Meta'nin Gizlilik Politikasi ve Platform Kosullari cercevesinde gerceklesmektedir.
- Bulut Hizmet Saglayicilari: Verileriniz guvenli bulut altyapisi saglayicilari uzerinde barindilmaktadir.
- Yapay Zeka Hizmet Saglayicilari: Mesaj icerikleri, yapay zeka tabanli yanitlarin uretilmesi icin OpenAI gibi yapay zeka saglayicilari ile paylasilabilir.
- Yasal Gereklilikler: Mahkeme karari, yasal surec veya yetkili kamu kurumlarina ait talepler dogrultusunda verileriniz paylasilabilir.
Onemli: Kisisel verileriniz hicbir kosulda ucuncu taraflara satilmaz veya pazarlama amaciyla devredilmez.
5 Veri Saklama Suresi
Kisisel verileriniz, islendikleri amac icin gerekli olan sure boyunca saklanir:
- Hesap Verileri: Hesabiniz aktif oldugu surece ve hesap kapatildiktan sonra yasal yukumlulukler geregi en fazla 3 yil boyunca saklanir.
- Mesaj Verileri: Hizmet sundugumuz surece ve hizmet sona erdikten sonra en fazla 1 yil boyunca saklanir.
- Teknik ve Log Verileri: En fazla 2 yil boyunca saklanir.
- Yasal Zorunluluklar: Ilgili mevzuatin gerektirdigi durumlarda, yasal sureler boyunca saklama yapilir.
Saklama suresi sona eren veriler, guvenli yontemlerle silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.
6 Kullanici Haklari
KVKK'nin 11. maddesi uyarinca asagidaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kisisel verilerinizin islenip islenmedigini ogrenme
- Kisisel verileriniz islenmisse buna iliskin bilgi talep etme
- Kisisel verilerinizin islenme amacini ve bunlarin amacina uygun kullanilip kullanilmadigini ogrenme
- Yurt icinde veya yurt disinda kisisel verilerinizin aktarildigi ucuncu kisileri bilme
- Kisisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlis islenmis olmasi halinde bunlarin duzeltilmesini isteme
- KVKK'nin 7. maddesinde ongorulen sartlar cercevesinde kisisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- Duzeltme ve silme islemlerinin, kisisel verilerin aktarildigi ucuncu kisilere bildirilmesini isteme
- Islenen verilerin munhasiran otomatik sistemler vasitasiyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya cikmasina itiraz etme
- Kisisel verilerinizin kanuna aykiri olarak islenmesi sebebiyle zarara ugramaniz halinde zararin giderilmesini talep etme

7 Cerezler
Platformumuzda asagidaki turlerde cerezler kullanilabilir:

- Analitik Cerezler: Platform kullanimini analiz etmek, ziyaretci istatistiklerini olcmek ve hizmet kalitesini artirmak icin kullanilir.

8 Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetler
Platformumuz asagidaki ucuncu taraf hizmetlerle entegre calismaktadir:
- Meta Platform (Facebook/Instagram): Instagram Messaging API ve Messenger API araciligiyla mesaj alma ve gonderme islemleri gerceklestirilir. Meta'nin Gizlilik Politikasi bu entegrasyon icin gecerlidir.
- WhatsApp Business API: WhatsApp uzerinden mesaj alma ve gonderme islemleri icin kullanilir.
- OpenAI: Yapay zeka tabanli mesaj yanitlarinin uretilmesi icin kullanilir. Veriler OpenAI'nin guvenlik standartlari cercevesinde islenir.
- Bulut Altyapi Saglayicilari: Verileriniz guvenli ve sertifikali veri merkezlerinde barindilmaktadir.
Her ucuncu taraf hizmet saglayicisi, kendi gizlilik politikalarina ve veri isleme standartlarina tabidir.
9 Cocuklarin Gizliligi
Inecio platformu, 18 yasindan kucuk bireylere yonelik degildir. Bilerek 18 yas alti kullanicilardan kisisel veri toplamayiz. Eger 18 yasindan kucuk bir bireye ait kisisel veri toplandigini fark edersek, bu verileri derhal silmek icin gerekli adimlari atariz.
