Inecio, isletmelere yapay zeka destekli satis asistanligi sunan bir SaaS platformudur. Hizmetlerimiz kapsaminda Meta Platform (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) API'lerini kullanmaktayiz.
Kullanicilarimizin veri haklarina saygili olup, Avrupa Birligi Genel Veri Koruma Yonetmeligi (GDPR), Turkiye Kisisel Verilerin Korunmasi Kanunu (KVKK) ve Meta Platform politikalari uyarinca kisisel verilerin korunmasini saglamaktayiz.
Bu sayfa, Meta Platform gereksinimleri dogrultusunda hazirlanmis olup, verilerinizin silinmesi surecini detayli olarak aciklamaktadir.
2. Verilerinizi Silme Yontemleri
Verilerinizin silinmesini asagidaki yontemlerden herhangi birini kullanarak talep edebilirsiniz:

E-posta ile Talep
info@inecio.com adresine veri silme talebi iceren bir e-posta gonderin. E-postanizda hesabinizla iliskili e-posta adresinizi veya telefon numaranizi belirtmeniz yeterlidir. Ekibimiz talebinizi alir almaz isleme koyacaktir.

Meta Uzerinden Erisimi Kaldirma
Facebook veya Instagram hesap ayarlariniza giderek Inecio uygulamasinin erisimini kaldirabilirsiniz. Facebook: Ayarlar > Uygulamalar ve Web Siteleri > Inecio > Kaldir. Instagram: Ayarlar > Guvenlik > Uygulamalar ve Web Siteleri > Inecio > Erisimi Kaldir. Bu islem sonrasinda verilerinizin silinmesi icin otomatik bir surec baslatilacaktir.

Otomatik Silme
Inecio hesabinizi kapattiginizda, hesabinizla iliskili tum kisisel veriler 30 gun icinde otomatik olarak sistemlerimizden kalici olarak silinir. Bu sure zarfinda hesabinizi yeniden aktif hale getirmek isterseniz verileriniz korunur.
3. Silinen Veriler
Veri silme talebiniz onaylandiginda asagidaki veriler kalici olarak silinir:
Meta platformlari uzerinden gonderilen ve alinan mesajlar (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger)
Musterilerinize ait iletisim bilgileri (ad, soyad, telefon numarasi, e-posta adresi)
Yapay zeka asistani ile yapilan konusma gecmisi ve egitim verileri
Oturum verileri, erisim tokenlari ve kimlik dogrulama bilgileri
Hesabinizla iliskili ayarlar, tercihler ve yapilandirma bilgileri
Meta API uzerinden alinan profil bilgileri ve sayfa verileri
4. Saklanan Veriler
Asagidaki durumlarda bazi veriler yasal yukumlulukler geregi saklanabilir:
Yasal gereklilikler: Turk Ticaret Kanunu, vergi mevzuati veya diger yasal duzenlemeler geregi belirli verilerin saklanmasi zorunlu olabilir.
Anonimlestirilmis analizler: Hizmet kalitesini artirmak amaciyla kimlik bilgisi icermeyen, anonimlestirilmis istatistiksel veriler saklanabilir. Bu veriler hicbir sekilde kisisel kimliginizle iliskilendirilemez.
Hukuki surec: Devam eden bir hukuki surec veya sorusturma kapsaminda ilgili verilerin saklanmasi gerekebilir.
Not: Saklanan veriler yalnizca yasal yukumlulukler geregi muhafaza edilir ve ilgili yasal sure doldugunda otomatik olarak silinir.
5. Islem Suresi
Veri silme talepleriniz asagidaki sureler dahilinde islenecektir:
Talebinizin alinmasindan itibaren en gec 30 gun icinde islem tamamlanir.
Talebiniz alindiktan sonra 3 is gunu icinde size bir onay e-postasi gonderilir.
Yogun donemlerinde islem suresi uzayabilir, ancak 30 gunluk yasal sinir asimaz.
6. Dogrulama
Verilerinizin guvenligini saglamak amaciyla, veri silme talebinizin islenebilmesi icin kimlik dogrulamasi yapilmasi gerekebilir. Bu surecte asagidaki bilgiler talep edilebilir:
Hesabinizla iliskili e-posta adresi
Hesabinizla iliskili telefon numarasi
Hesap sahibi oldugu dogrulayan ek bilgi
Dogrulama islemi, yetkisiz kisilerin verilerinize erisimini veya silmesini onlemek icin uygulanmaktadir. Bu adim tamamen guvenliginiz icindir.

We respect the data rights of our users and ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and Meta Platform policies.
This page has been prepared in accordance with Meta Platform requirements and explains the data deletion process in detail.
2. How to Delete Your Data
You can request the deletion of your data using any of the following methods:

Request via Email
Send an email to info@inecio.com requesting data deletion. Simply include the email address or phone number associated with your account. Our team will process your request as soon as it is received.

Remove Access via Meta
You can remove Inecio's access through your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Facebook: Settings > Apps and Websites > Inecio > Remove. Instagram: Settings > Security > Apps and Websites > Inecio > Remove Access. An automatic deletion process will be initiated after this action.

Automatic Deletion
When you close your Inecio account, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. During this period, your data will be retained in case you wish to reactivate your account.
3. What Gets Deleted
When your data deletion request is approved, the following data will be permanently deleted:
Messages sent and received via Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger)
Contact information of your customers (name, surname, phone number, email address)
Conversation history and training data from the AI assistant
Session data, access tokens, and authentication information
Settings, preferences, and configuration data associated with your account
Profile information and page data obtained via the Meta API
4. What May Be Retained
In the following cases, some data may be retained due to legal obligations:
Legal requirements: Certain data may need to be retained as required by the Turkish Commercial Code, tax legislation, or other legal regulations.
Anonymized analytics: Anonymized statistical data that does not contain identifying information may be retained to improve service quality. This data cannot be linked to your personal identity in any way.
Legal proceedings: Relevant data may need to be retained as part of an ongoing legal process or investigation.
Note: Retained data is kept solely due to legal obligations and will be automatically deleted when the relevant legal period expires.
5. Processing Time
Your data deletion requests will be processed within the following timeframes:
Processing will be completed within 30 days of receiving your request.
A confirmation email will be sent to you within 3 business days of receiving your request.
You will be notified when the deletion process is complete.
Processing times may be extended during busy periods, but will not exceed the 30-day legal limit.
6. Verification
To ensure the security of your data, identity verification may be required for your data deletion request to be processed. The following information may be requested during this process:
Email address associated with your account
Phone number associated with your account
Additional information to verify account ownership
The verification process is implemented to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing or deleting your data. This step is entirely for your security.
